The present study aimed at analysing the stress and efficacy of teachers working in
Indian Schools in Qatar. The sample drawn for the study include 103 teachers (31 males
and 72 females). Data were collected using Google formats and analysed with the help
of parametric tests including Pears Correlation, Regression, and Independent sample
T test. The results showed that stress and efficacy levels of teachers are not correlated
and this relationship is not influenced by variables including gender and experience.
Thus the present study provides insight into the relationship between stress and efficacy
of teachers working in an overseas country in the Middle East.
