This study examines the relationships between job satisfaction, work-life balance, and
resilience among school teachers. The participants of the study comprised 100 school
teachers working in various Private and Government schools across Haryana (India).
Self-reported measures were used to get the data from the sample. The collected data
were statistically analyzed using descriptive and regression analysis on SPSS-26 using
PROCESS macro software. The results of the study indicated an inter-correlation among
job satisfaction, resilience, and work-life balance (all are significant at p<.01). The
findings depicted Job satisfaction as a positive predictor of resilience (â=.6322), work
life balance (â=1.6287), and also depicted resilience as a predictor of work-life balance
(â=0.6649). With an impact size (â) of 0.4203, resilience was identified as a partial
mediator in the relationship between job satisfaction and work-life balance. Teachers
with higher job satisfaction tend to show greater resilience, which in turn enhances
their capacity to establish a healthy work-life balance
