This research seeks to explore the direct and indirect impacts of mindflow on
adolescents’ well-being and executive functioning. The study involved 205 students
aged 16-18 years from KVS schools. Mindflow was assessed using the Mindflow
Questionnaire, executive function was measured by the Executive Skill Questionnaire,
and well-being was evaluated using the Comprehensive Inventory for Thriving. The data
were examined through correlation and regression analyses, including mediated
regression to evaluate the mediation hypothesis. The findings revealed a significant
positive relationship between mindflow and both executive functioning and well-being.
Higher levels of mindflow were linked to better executive functioning and greater well
being. Mediated regression analysis supported the hypothesis of partial mediation,
suggesting that while mindflow directly influences well-being, it also exerts an indirect
effect through the enhancement of executive function. This study underlines the strong
positive influence of mindflow on adolescents’ well-being and executive functioning.
