The purpose of the present study is to examine the relationship between cultural
intelligence and adjustment among a group of adolescents. For that Cultural Intelligence
Scale and Bell’s Adjustment Inventory are being administered on these group of
adolescents to determine cultural intelligence and the aspect of adjustment- family,
health, social and emotional. The sample of the study consists of 50 adolescents from
Goalpara, Assam. Out of which one group consist of 25 female and another group
consists of 25males. Correlational research design has been used in the study. Karl
Pearson’s Coefficient of Correlation, T-test and regression analysis are used to interpret
the results. The result demonstrates that there is no significant difference on the cultural
intelligence among adolescent boys and girls but there is significant difference on
adjustment among adolescent boys and girls. Furthermore, the result also shows a
positive relationship between cultural intelligence and adjustment among adolescents.
