The rapid growth of technological advancement and recent innovations in teaching
learning brought a tremendous change in the entire process of teaching & learning.
Web 2.0 is considered the second generation web, which includes many social forums
namely Myspace, application of Facebook, Twitter, wiki, Insta-page, Whatsapp,
YouTube, & many more collaborative networks. Social network tools afford a kind of
strength among teachers and students towards multiple opportunities to boost the
teaching-learning strategies and other administrative functions. In this context, a
descriptive survey method was employed. The data was collected by a simple random
sampling method of 50 samples including males and females of different govt. private
secondary level teachers. To dissect the data average score, SD, t-test, and graphs
were exercised. The result affirmed that there is a symbolic association between the
consequence of social media and academic achievement of govt. and private secondary
school teachers. However, in terms of gender, there is also a meaningful association
with respect to gender in a private institution. In addition to this, in terms of the subject,
there is a marked distinction between both the govt. and private teachers of the
secondary level of Amarkantak (M.P). Apart from it, social forums have critical impacts
on students’, and teachers’ minds and their academic achievement
