This paper investigates the moderating role of faculty support in the relationships between
job demands, burnout, and stress among teachers. A descriptive survey was used, and
982 higher education teachers were surveyed. Mediation analysis was used to
understand how higher job demands significantly predicted increased perceived stress,
which in turn contributed to higher burnout. The results showed that job resources
moderate the correlation between job demands and perceived stress. These findings
highlight the importance of managing job demands to reduce burnout and perceived
stress while suggesting that faculty support may help mitigate the impact of job demands
on stress
