Dark triad in recent years are the most interesting and researchable topic in the field of
psychology. As these traits of personality influence our daily life and show their impact
on our career making. Therefore, the present correlational study is designed to evaluate
gender disparities in Dark Triad and to explore their relationship with Psychological
well-being. The present correlational design research has been carried out on 400 (200
males and 200 females) participants belonging to various district of Haryana. The age
of the sample was ranged from 15-22 years with a mean age of 18.5 year. The sample
was administered through Narcissistic Inventory, Machiavellianism Scale, Psychopathy
Scale, and Psychological Well-Being Scale. To find out the results for gender differences
an independent sample t-test and for relationship finding Pearson correlation Analysis
technique were applied. Results indicated gender difference for the trait of narcissism,
but not for Machiavellianism and psychopathy. In addition, correlational analysis showed
a positive correlation of narcissism and psychological well-being and negative correlation
of Machiavellianism and psychopathy with psychological well-being.
