This research examines the impact of Technostress on Cyberaggression and Social
Isolation among Indian Young Adults. The aim is to understand how excessive
engagement with technology may influence online behavior and levels of Social
Isolation. A sample of 225 Young Adults, comprising 89 males and 136 females, who
are active technology users with an average daily screen time exceeding four hours,
was selected. Data was collected through standardized measures and analyzed using
statistical techniques, including regression analysis and independent t-tests. The
results indicate a significant influence of Technostress on both Cyberaggression and
Social Isolation, explaining approximately 4.6% and 2.2% of the variability, respectively.
Gender-based analyses revealed that females exhibited higher levels of Technostress
compared to males, emphasizing the significance of individual experiences within this
demographic. Importantly, gender did not emerge as a significant factor influencing
levels of Cyberaggression or Social Isolation, suggesting that other variables may exert
more substantial influence in these domains
